I guess I'm on a sort of video kick, but this video, featuring Michael Wolff, is just lovely.
It focuses on looking at life in a different way; slowly and meticulously. The way he notices things is somehow magical; it's like he sees beautiful details of life that everyone else is missing out on. But really, everyone could see them, if they looked.
One particular quote I loved was this:
“I see seeing as a muscular exercise, like I see curiosity. It’s kind of being open really, if you walk around with a head full of preoccupation you’re not going to notice anything in your visual life. I am obsessively interested in everything, and that gets expressed more through my eyes than my ears."
